Any orders under Rs. 20,000 will be available for COD & pre-payment options while all orders above Rs. 20,000/- will be prepaid only. 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard shipping on all orders.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIMELINE?

All orders will be shipped between 1-3 working days from the date of the order received and should be delivered between 2-7 working days from the date of the order placed. We only use trusted shipping partner like Shiprocket for all our deliveries. Incase your order has not been delivered even in 7 working days, you can raise a query on xtutithestore_@hotmail.com and the team will expedite the request with our delivery partner. 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
